Live calendar
Clients see only the times you have free. Set weekly hours, breaks between sessions, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and days off.
Flexible lengths
Offer 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or set your own shortest and longest booking.
Booking form
Collect name, email, phone, business, the service needed and what to discuss. Add your terms page if you want clients to accept it.
Instant confirmations
Clients get an email with a calendar file straight away, and you get a new-booking alert. Emails come from your business name.
Reminders
Automatic reminders go out the day before and one hour before each consultation.
Self-service changes
Clients change their time or cancel from a private link, within the limits you set. Each booking keeps the policy the client agreed to.
My bookings page
Clients sign in with their email, with no password, to see and manage all their bookings.
Time zones handled
Times follow your site’s time zone, and clients also see the time in their own zone.

Pro is an add-on and needs the free Discounts Mania Consultations plugin. Each licence works on one website and can be moved by resetting it in your account.
Questions
Does the free plugin take payments or create Zoom and Google Meet links?
No. In the free plugin, bookings are confirmed straight away. You can add your own meeting details, such as a phone number, an address or a link, and they appear in emails and the calendar file. Payments, Google Meet and Zoom are part of the separate Pro add-on.
Is anything in the free plugin locked or limited?
No. There are no trials, usage limits or licence keys in the free plugin. Pro is a separate plugin with extra features.
Which time zone does it use?
The one set under Settings → General → Timezone in WordPress. Clients also see the time in their own time zone.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
On your own WordPress site. The free plugin makes no outside connections and sends emails through your site’s normal mail system. Use an SMTP plugin for reliable delivery.
Will it work with my theme or page builder?
The booking form is a shortcode, so it works on any page, post or builder block that accepts shortcodes.
What does the Lifetime plan cover?
Lifetime covers the current version: every update and all support for Pro version 1.x, with no yearly fee. A future major version (2.0) is sold separately. A subscription covers every version, including future ones, for as long as it is active.
Do I need the free plugin to use Pro?
Yes. Pro is an add-on and needs the free Discounts Mania Consultations plugin installed and active.
Can I use one Pro licence on several sites?
Each Pro licence works on one website, whether you choose a subscription or the lifetime plan. You can move it to another site by resetting it in your account.
Why are my reminders late?
Reminders run on WordPress’s scheduled tasks, which run when your site has visitors. On a quiet site, set up a real server cron that calls wp-cron.php every few minutes.
